The one-way clutch has the following features:

a. Overrunning clutch

When the power output part (inner ring or outer ring) of the one-way clutch rotates faster than the power source (outer ring or inner ring), the clutch is in the disengaged state,

the inner and outer rings do not have any linkage relationship. This is the one-way override function of the one-way clutch.

b. Positioning clutch

Converts the linear reciprocating motion into a circular stepping motion of the rotating shaft, which is the indexing function of the one-way clutch.

c. Backstop clutch

Use a one-way clutch for material handling equipment (such as belt conveyors, bucket elevators, etc.) to prevent the equipment from reversing or reversing without a power source. This is the one-way backstop function of the one-way clutch.
